The Modern Facilities include the highest standard of service connections, individual pitches provide illuminated electric hook up point, T.V Aerial socket outlet and shared mains water tap. Most pitches are a minimum area of 11 x 11 metres.
A hard surface road has been placed around the touring meadow enabling dry and direct access to 80% of all pitches. A children's play area with the latest play equipment has been provided to keep children of all ages amused, while parents can relax in the adjacent picnic and BBQ area. A planting system has been incorporated to provide privacy and further enhancement to the natural environment, with low lighted walkways to provide a safe environment for all.

Booking Conditions
- ARRIVAL TIME 12.00PM ONWARDS.
- Pitches must be vacated before 11.00am on day of departure.
- No arrivals after 9.00pm.
- Peak times are: School Holidays, Bank holiday weeks July & August. All other times are off peak. Facilites:- bar and swimming pool are limited during off peak times.
- All day stay on departure day £5 during off peak times only. Not available during peak times.
- Off peak weekend rate includes 2 nights and all day stay.
- Pitches can only be booked Saturday to Saturday during peak times.
- It is advisable to book in advance for the duration of your stay.
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 per pitch, per week is required to reserve a pitch, the balance id due 21 days prior to arrival. * All monies are non-refundable.
- Cancellation insurance is advisable.
- DUE TO FIRE REGULATIONS GAZEBOS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- Any cheque returned by our bank for whatever reason will incur a £15.00 surcharge.
- NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ALLOWED ON THE PARK.
- ONLY ONE DOG, ONE CAR PER PITCH IS PERMITTED.
- All pitches are allocated prior to arrival. We reserve the right to change pitch numbers should it be deemed necessary.
- EXCESSIVE NOISE IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. Parents are requested to ENSURE THAT ALL CHILDREN are back at their accomodation by 11.00pm.
- Please respect others around you during your stay and keep noise to a minimum after dark.
- Please ensure that you keep your pitch clean and tidy during your stay put your rubbish in the bags provided and put them in the skip before you leave the park.
- We reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave the park if you cause annoyance to others during your stay.
- Environmentally Friendly Ground Sheets must be used in Tents and Awnings at all times.
- In the event of cancellation the deposit remittance will be forfeited. If the pitch is not re-let the hirer will be responsible for the balance of the hire charge.
